We focus on creating effortlessly lived-in results that grow out softly and maintain their luminous finish between appointments.

Our lightening services are all about creating luminous, natural-looking brightness tailored to you. From highlights and balayage to foilyage and babylights, we use modern techniques to achieve seamless blends and sun-kissed dimension. Each look is customized to maintain the health of your hair while delivering soft, radiant tones that feel effortlessly lived-in.
Salon Policies
At Opalite, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for every guest, please review our salon policies before booking.
Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance. A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Prices may vary depending on stylist, service, hair length, and density.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours may result in a 50% service charge.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to respect the schedules of other guests. Late arrivals may still be subject to the full service charge.
No-Shows
No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments.
Deposits
Certain services (including major color transformations, extension services, or long appointments) require a non-refundable deposit that goes toward your final total.
Children & Guests
To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that only guests receiving services be present in the salon unless prior arrangements are made.
Refunds & Redos
All services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days so we can make adjustments. Redo services must be scheduled with the original stylist.
Hair Extension Policy
All extension purchases are final sale once installed or removed from original packaging. Proper at-home care is required to maintain longevity.
Payments & Gratuity
We accept cash and major credit cards. Gratuity is not included and is always appreciated..
Personal Belongings
Opalite is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, repeated no-shows, or failure to comply with salon policies.
